Price: £450 for 3 sessions (50 mins each)

Relax and Reset Session (70 mins): £195

This bespoke session offers a unique experience to help you feel calm, relaxed and able to manage the pressure of your hectic life.

During the busy school year, there are many moments when life can feel out of control. This sense of overwhelm makes it very hard to feel clear, decisive, and able to achieve on the high level you desire.

By combining coaching tools with hypnotherapy techniques, I will guide you through a relaxing process that gives you the skills to feel calm whenever you need to. You will be given a personalised meditation to take away after the session so you can return to this feeling of calm and confidence whenever you need it.
