With over 20 years’ experience in UK and Swiss schools as a teacher, housemistress, and head of wellbeing, Kate Boyd-Williams learnt first-hand the need for coaching skills and better wellbeing training in order to support the emotional needs of the teenagers in her care.
She is qualified as a wellbeing coach and also trained in Sophrology, RTT hypnotherapy, teen yoga, and EFT.
Having helped over 1000 teenage students, Kate has created this community for parents and compassionate educators who wish to be have better relationships with the teenagers in their lives.
